Selfishness made us Fail to Live up to the Ideals of Humanism

Let it never be said by future generations that indifference, cynicism or selfishness made us fail to live up to the ideals of humanism which the Nobel Peace Prize encapsulates. Let the strivings of us all prove Martin Luther King Jr. to have been correct when he said that humanity can no longer be tragically bound to the starless midnight of racism and war

I THOUGHT: Why my dReaM is BrokeN. But its Not Yet

I share WHY MY DREAM is broKeN. Its broken for several reasons from which the first is so simple as we human are? Apart from this basic reason I could find some other reasons too. As long as we think Big or dream high, the frustration of failure will be following us. So the root cause of every problem is desire as it is said by Vivekanda. But when i think over my broken dreams i felt the very thought is no more valid or not good to think over as the time asks us to target on greater things. I know i am now a little deviating from the topic i started writing and i found this is the same reason why my dreams fail instead thriving to the realm I expect.

Jesus had a dream. Its nothing but love. But we know even Jesus was crucified for this. The broken dreams of Jesus, the futile wish of Gandhi and other great leaders of the world all bring me new thoughts on the Unfulfilled dreams of mine. The dreams I cherished in the good old days of my childhood as a toddler, my broken loves, relationships, the crushed dreams of formative years & Fships all here stand out pulling me to get into the doors. They cry out “should not speak of your dreams”.   I often ask “why” and they answer “should you need to hear the rest of the world singing on your broken dreams as you do even of Jesus Christ?"

MY wiSHes! My DreAms end on a sad note WHENEVER i  looK at the heap of BroKen dreams that my friends, Loved ones, colleagues and people around me bear till from BiRth to DeaTh! sO I feel leaving the thought of unreachable things is sometimes help us to be happy.

Just forget the wounds we suffered. Take the core of everything. Keep it for the next fight. That's life. Share you feelings and problems with the good ones. See the whole world as one. Lets be together irrespective of all other trifle things.

But the very thinking makes me seriously feel of people around me; the way people act and the way interact. MaNy a Time I felt bad over people behaving and I wonder why we are like this since we know that  there is little Time LeFt. We are here because of our Lord. No one here a king or queen by right. If it is, its we created or someone assumes so. We know the history? Here in fact we are all equal. The name, religion, language, colour, style or whatever may be nothing has the right to make us different. Let us work together to build a goood world. Look @people there are some people those who do not have enough facilities as we have. Support them and this is the single thing that i believe  may help us to come over the thoght of failures.

So no one, I believe has the right to think that they are different from other. Just love your neighbours, friends, parents, assistants and boss instead thinking them bad or judging them wrong. Because we can achieve great things only with the help of others.

BIG Career MIStakes- How To Avoid Them

LACKING EXPECTATION

The multiple task I usually do as part of my job suffocate me and i was in a search for the ways to tackle the problems i face at my office. After going through various articles, write ups and experiences of people like me, I realized these are the common feeling many of my friends suffer. Its my small attempt to keep my friends about the ways to overcome the difficulties put forward by our bosses. I hope it would be beneficial for you. Share with me what you think about and the ways you practice.

People who don't understand their employers"charter" may headed for one of the most common and yet most avoidable career traps. If your boss doesn't take the time to properly explain your position's parameters, keep asking questions until you know precisely what's expected of you. Sometimes your boss may be asking you to do this and that in between your regular duties, makes you more tedious and feel bad about the times you had decided to join the current company.

Multiple tasks always make you do more than you are supposed to do. The higher care you need to pay in your works consumes time ever before and cause lots of worry. And all together makes the things to go the other way. The lack of concentration to a single task affects your all duties and your boss's words to give a more quality out put collapse your thoughts and even the concepts about a corporate job.

Don't limit your questions to matters of everyday routine, advices Lee Colby, a management consult and career coach. Instead ask: What are our department's goals? How does my work fit in with the overall objective of the company?

If your boss vague about what your goals should be, try this technique suggested by Doug Lind, management partner of a consulting firm: Read your job DESCRIPTION and identify the two or three most important tasks. Meet your boss point out the tasks you have chosen and ask if they accurately reflect what your boss considers important.
